Frequently asked questions

Sign up for a free 14-day trial at app.get-kind.com. Once your account is confirmed, you'll complete a short onboarding form (company name, industry) and then build your first ICP. Your first leads will appear within 24 hours of running the ICP.

An ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) defines who you want to reach — industry, job title, company size, geography, and seniority level. In your portal, go to Leads → Build ICP and fill in your target criteria. Once saved, click "Run ICP" and K.I.N.D will search 250M+ contacts and deliver matched, scored leads to your pipeline.

Each lead receives an AI score from 0–100 based on how closely they match your ICP. Factors include: job title match, seniority match, company size fit, industry alignment, and geographic relevance. Leads scoring 70+ are considered high-fit. You can filter your leads pipeline by score to prioritise your outreach.

No. You only pay for leads that are genuinely new to your pipeline. K.I.N.D deduplicates against your existing leads — if a contact has already been delivered to you, they won't appear again and you won't be charged. We also check against your CRM when you connect it. If a lead is already in your CRM, they won't be delivered.

Yes. GDPR & POPIA compliance is built into the product, not added on. Every lead goes through a consent workflow before being delivered to your pipeline. Opt-out requests are applied immediately, permanently, and shared across all K.I.N.D clients (so a contact who opts out of one client's outreach is protected across all clients). Data is hosted on encrypted, SOC 2-audited infrastructure; clients who require US data residency can request a dedicated US-region instance.

FIGSY is K.I.N.D's AI SDR (Sales Development Representative). It picks up each new scored lead, writes a unique personalised email (not a template — personalised to the lead's role, company, and industry), sends it from your domain, reads the reply, follows up twice with fresh angles, and books a meeting when the lead is ready. You just show up to the booked meetings. FIGSY is available as an add-on to Lead Gen or as the Full Pipeline Bundle.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your billing settings — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Yearly plans are billed annually and are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts. We recommend starting on a monthly plan to trial the platform before committing annually.

All plans are billed in USD. No annual contracts, no lock-in — pay as you go. Contact hello@get-kind.com if you have any billing questions.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, email hello@get-kind.com with the email address you signed up with and we'll resend the confirmation or manually verify your account.

HubSpot and Pipedrive are supported. Once your leads are scored and delivered, K.I.N.D can push them directly to your HubSpot or Pipedrive pipeline via our native integration. For other CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.), you can export a CSV from the Leads page and import directly. Email hello@get-kind.com if you need a different CRM supported.
